POST ARCHIVE FACTION (PAF) allows returns for eligible items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all technical tags attached. Please note that certain archive pieces and final sale items are not eligible for exchange or refund.
Request Authorization
Log into your account portal or contact our support team to initiate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within the 14-day window.
Prepare Shipment
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the garment's structural integrity is protected and the RMA form is included inside.
Dispatch Package
Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at an authorized courier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once received at our facility, our team will inspect the technical construction of the returned garment before issuing a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
